Mainly the story of the film is the matter between a smuggler group of Italian rabbles and a street gang Demons. Television Journalist Diana who is managing the record of footage of cocaine deal between these two gangs was in trouble when her partner was captured. While escape from the enemies she, strikes with Jackie Chan who save her from enemies. After reaching to her flat when Diana accidentally switches on the videotape of the drug trader but she sees Jackie Chan’s cooking video, the rabbles think that their required video is still there. Video ends at the footage of a Richard, the best friend of Mr Nice Guy (Jackie Chan) and an officer of city police officer with his family and the story of the film starts. When Richard got this tape he starts investigation about this gang in his own department. For the revenge, rabble search for Mr Nice Guy but on failure they destroy the home of Jackie and kidnap his girlfriend Miki but Jackie is told to not interfere in the matter by police. Richard says him not to be worry because it was the duty of police. But in the next scene Jackie is also captures and enemies took his by fastening his arms and legs with the ropes. After badly beating, Giancarlo (Villain of the film) ordered his men to kill Mr Nice Guy at a lonely place where a building was under construction. But Jackie escaped from there and destroys the house of Giancarlo by builder.
